The service Exceed my expectations. Great and polite staff ready to help you with everything you need or ask for. Perfect buffet breakfast and awesome variety of menus in the dinner/bar area. Extremely clean facility. The hotel is located in the heart of CABA making the experience more enjoyable to see the BS AS best.

Room was fine - not huge, but the bathroom was a decent size. No hot water kettle, tea, coffee, bottle opener. Shower had shampoo and conditioner, plus bar soap. Breakfast was better than expected with eggs and meats, bread and pastry, cereal with yogurt/milk, juice and coffee. No ability to check-out late as building was booked the next day. Gym was small with some machines, and fine for limited use. Spa requires a pre-booking and has limited hours, as does the gym.

We were more than pleased with this hotel. Our room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast was great, and the lobby bar was a great spot for an afternoon drink and snack. In spite of the tucked-away location, it really was a convenient walk to restaurants and other sites of interest.

The location of the hotel, its staff and facilities were fantastic and we were always served with a smile at Reception each day and the guys at the bar were so caring in dealing with plant based latte and coffee for us.

Hotel has a great location close to many interesting sites, shopping and public transit. Restaurant is good and reasonably priced compared to places nearby. I'd like to thank Leonardo for his help every morning at breakfast. Highly recommend for a visit to BsAs

Our third stay here; we love the service, the breakfast, the cleanliness, the beds, the shower, and the location.

This hotel is very spacious and beautiful. The staff are incredible and the restaurant in the hotel was delicious. And is also located right near the capital statue, shops and most importantly restaurants.

The hosts were lovely and had a breakfast box made up for us for our very early flight.

Rooms were fairly clean, common areas seem nice.

This hotel was very nice, and they offered late check out for a reasonable price which was perfect for our evening flight.

The location of the hotel is great: walking distance to the obelisk and plaza mayor. Few blocks away from the theater district full of entertainment and eateries. Beautiful buildings all around but sadly appeared to have seen better days. We really appreciated the firm comfortable mattresses. We didn’t mind the thin towels or lack of fancy toiletries products. Quiet room, comfortable mattresses, helpful staff, and great location made this hotel a great choice for us. The breakfast was not good value but diagonally across the street, Cafe Martinez offered good choices.

Good location, wonderful staff, modern clean lobby, restaurant, rooms, bathroom. Comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast. Happy to store our bags for a few days while we went to Iguazu Falls. Close to restaurants, supermarkets, busses, subway. Love this hotel!
