One of my favorite hotels. I was in Huizhou several times and I always stay at the Pullman. Wonderful rooms, clean, spacious, excellent view. Next to the mall with many food choices.

Clean room and friendly staff.

We were checked online one day prior to our arrival. Hotel asked us the arrival time so we were able to go to our room at around early. The room and facilities is amazingly well managed. We were having fun in the pool and gym . The shopping mall is next to hotel. We will come again soon.

No proper bar in this hotel but the room is spacious and nice

Booked room for my parents and they were very disappointed with the whole experience. The check-in was delayed for more than 1 hour because the "room is not ready". This is simply unacceptable as they should have arranged alternatives to accommodate. The front desk was not helpful, did not offer any update of when the room would be ready while my parents were waiting. When the room was finally ready after more than an hour of waiting, my parents arrived the room and found it was not even clean enough. Overall, the service was very bad, front desk was impatient and inattentive, and unapologetic about the mistake they made. We will never come back nor recommend anyone to stay here.

Great design and brand new condition

We checked in late at night and got free upgrade to Executive floor, room really spacious

The reception staffers are all receptive to requests made by guests, especially the front desk manager Seven, who would waste a lot of time for us to lead us to the Chinese restaurant.

早餐很失望、我們8点十五分到餐廳.食物部份(尤其是cold cut)已經取光了！由於用餐時間至10點半.我們等待餐廳會回添食物.不過等待半小時都沒有任何添加.

주변과 교통편

60층 강뷰로 예약했습니다. 층이 높아 전망은 좋습니다. 시설은 세월의 흔적이 있디만 깨끗하게 잘 관리되었고. 식당은 가지수와 넓은식당 좋았습니다 편한건 바로 옆에 쇼핑몰이 있어 젛았습니다.

晚上自助吃坏肚子了，食材一般。服务和房间都还不错

員工好有善，有禮。

環境非常好,旁邊就是商場,員工親切有禮,非常推薦家庭遊

혜주의 호텔 중 가장 마음에 드는 호텔입니다. 주변 관광을 하기는 최적의 장소가 아닙니다만 업무를 위한 출장이라면 가장 좋은 호텔입니다. 객실 상태, 높이, 접근성 모두 만족스럽습니다.

혜주에 있는 호텔 중 가장 많은 장점을 가지고 있는 호텔입니다. 비지니스적인 위치는 나쁘지 않지만, 주변 산책으로는 좋지 않네요. 조식, 청소 상태, 고객 대응 모두 만족스럽습니다.
