The hotel was truly comfortable. My husband and I enjoyed our 4-day, 3-night stay in Bali. The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was varied and delicious, and the service was excellent. The hotel's strategic location in the Seminyak area. The hotel's facilities, cleanliness, comfort, and especially the breakfast are exceptional.

Location is great, room is great except the TV (it's useless). Check-in/out process is fast. The staff is good except the housekeeping that opened my room door when I just finished showering around 10 AM.

The poolside area is filled with stagnant water, which causes a smell. The garden is also poorly maintained.

The hotel has a very good surrounding, surrounded by paddy fields, cafes, and restaurants. Near to Batu Belig, Umalas, and Seminyak area. Big room, spacious bathroom.
