I arrived at 2 a.m. from Jakarta, but there was no security guard or staff there to greet me. I called the number listed, but was refused and told we had arrived past the check-in limit. Even though, as far as I knew and the app said, we were free to check in. Suddenly, I was told to just go to my room, where the key was already in the door. I was then asked to add another person. This hotel is definitely not recommended, especially for first-timers in Kintamani.

The staff is friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean, the swimming pool is clean and the surroundings are also clean. The downside is there is no water heater in the bathroom, with the super cold Kintamani air, so I didn't dare to take a bath because the water was so cold. The cold swimming pool is okay, please install a water heater in the bathroom, it would be top-notch. I want to go back there again if I go to Kintamani 🤗

Everything is okay. Only access from the main road to the villa is about 100-150m, the road is bad.. otherwise it's great tap tap.. The staff is very friendly, they didn't even ask for help taking photos heheheee.

The villa was okay, but the access is too scary. If you drive by yourself, you have to make sure if you're a skillful driver, the road was quite challenging. But it was worth when you get there. The weather is chill and fresh, quite close to the lake, but I'm not sure it could be accessed by foot, because the road is closed by the other villas. The hot water in our room needs attention, sometimes it's not working properly. You need to pay attention to the villa entrance (they have signage), because the gate is pretty narrow (fits only for 1 car), but don't hesitate to enter, just 50-100 m away is the villa.

The villa caretaker's service was excellent, very friendly and helpful, and super comfortable. It's just a shame that when I asked for share location information and confirmed it via WhatsApp, the owner didn't respond, and I didn't pick up my phone either. Oh yeah, the water heater also didn't work.

The best place to stay, but it's only accessible by motorbike. Premium, the villa is spotlessly clean, like a 5-star hotel in Thailand, but this is still good in my opinion. Hopefully in the future there will be road access for cars. If I go to Bali again, I can definitely stay here longer 🥰. The service is also top-notch. Always smooth sailing at Mount Batur Villa.

I took a signature room with a bathtub. The room was clean and still looked new. The atmosphere was very quiet and very suitable for enjoying the natural atmosphere. The minus was that the hot water in the bathtub was not hot enough.

The road to the villa is quite narrow and off-road, making it somewhat difficult for our driver. There's no staff on standby, so getting anything done is difficult. The room is clean and the service is excellent, and the staff are friendly. However, the food is a bit lacking in flavor, bland. A partition could be installed between the rooms in the jacuzzi area to provide some privacy.

The place is really far, but for those who want to heal, it's suitable because it's quiet, you only hear the sounds of animals at night, in the morning you hear the crowing of roosters, only those who want sunrise but motorcyclists have to be brave because the streets have no lighting other than the lights of the vehicles, and for those who are indihome hehehehehe you will see all sorts of things on the way to the viral cafes for sunrise, so far the villa is comfortable, the room is big, the staff is friendly and very prompt when I said the hot water didn't turn on, it was fixed immediately and I could take a shower right away, if asked if I wanted to stay there again, I would, yes I would

the staff is very friendly & helpfull, the food is so so but the portions are filling, the distance is indeed far but if you want healing this is very suitable, it's quiet, the road to the villa is like a circuit but the scenery along the way is beautiful.. if you want to see sunrise at dawn you have to be very brave because the lighting is only from motorbike/car lights and it's very cold..

the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, I had a late check-in and late check-out due to unforeseen circumstances, but the staff was very communicative and helpful to us (please do not imitate), next occasion will stay here, the swimming pool is also like an infinity pool with a view facing Kintamani Lake and rice fields (beyond expectations, this is really nice like in Ubud). The entrance is a bit narrow but enough for big cars like the Innova Reborn
