The staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean and fragrant. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast menu was delicious and quite varied. The swimming pool was clean, but the surrounding area was a bit smelly, coming from the restrooms.

The hotel staff was friendly, and the luggage handling, check-in, and even parking were well-assisted. Breakfast was good, and the room was as pictured and very aesthetically pleasing. I'll definitely stay here again on my next vacation.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. From the security to the housekeeping, they were very friendly and helpful. The food was also delicious. If you want to stay here, you must try the seafood matah aglio olio, it's so delicious. The pastries are also very good. The rooms are also comfortable with great lighting. Suitable for families. Oh yeah, they also have a sauna room, jacuzzi, and plunge bath. Cool!

Overall, everything is okay, it's right next to the UNY Sports Hall. It's a recommended place to stay if you're attending a graduation. The staff are also very helpful. I was supposed to check in at 2:00 PM, but I asked for 12:30 PM. There was one ready, and it was free. 🥰

Fun 🥰 To take my child to the 2026 UGM UM, the hotel is close to UGM. The room is comfortable, the staff is friendly. The breakfast could be improved. Hopefully, my child will get into UGM.

A very comfortable hotel with a calm and pleasant atmosphere. The hotel's aesthetic design and well-maintained facilities make for a memorable stay. The food and beverage menu is delicious and varied. The service is friendly and the facilities are excellent. Highly recommended for those looking for accommodation in Yogyakarta. I stayed here while attending the UTUL UGM, and my experience was very satisfying.

I had a pleasant two-night stay at Hotel Porta by Ambarukmo from June 1-3, 2026. It's close to Gadjah Mada University (UGM), with excellent service, comfortable, and clean rooms. I'll stay again next time.

Although the parking lot is always full, the staff is very accommodating with prompt valet service. The rooms are clean, spacious, and have a great vibe. The only downside is the bathroom smells a bit when you first enter, but it gradually disappears. Breakfast is quite varied, but the taste is still average.

The hotel was very aesthetic! No doubt in ambience, the lobby area should be the main character for the hotel; so artsy! Room was spacious and comfy to take a rest all day. The pool was small, but has a great view; you can take photos there! They have a bar and restaurant, unfortunately we didn't try it. Overall 9/10 for a great experience in PORTA!
