Hotel staff is very kind, attentive and proactive. We arrived on the most warm days of July, almost 30°C, our room had no A/C and it was really really hot, went back down and we were given a new room with A/C, at least that was what we thought, it was more like a ventilator, temperature going out was on the cold side but there was barely any flow coming out. The next day went back and complained, they told they were going to check the A/C. We came back at the end of the afternoon but the temperature was the same, again a third room was given to us, this one was fresher, European temperature standards that are an oven compared to the US. On the third day we arrived late in the evening to find our room wasn't cleaned. Went back again to the lobby and they apologized and said the could give us clean towels but that was it. KUDOS for the lobby staff, they really made there best effort to find a solution for us. Breakfast was good, the same the three days but plenty in quantity. The carpet in the last room was really dirty and it had an awkward smell.

Budget hotel with the bare minimum and very small room (Size will depend on the room you booked - I did the basement no windows option, which I do not recommend). Good location and breakfast.

The property was clean on a good location near the center of things. The property had a good breakfast with good selection of items and the staff was kind.

The rooms are very small and not all rooms have windows and the one we had one but as the room was in the basement you had no view and the window was small.

Staff are definitely helpful when you need assistance, such as to book a cab or need an extra room card. Breakfast is great with a good selection of beverages. I like my room’s window that carries the view a a small garden.

The room was small with no windows and very small bathroom but we had the best night's sleep there. Wifi was excellent, staff were great and it was in an area where we could get around easily. The tube station was quite close by too. I can recommend this hotel.

Nice staff! The hotel layout is a bit confusing. A bit crowded at breakfast (which was good) and the rooms were small, some without windows.

Excellent breakfast. Most/many of the rooms are below street level and thus have no windows, which however, is not bad, because it’s not noisy (as it would likely be on the street level, as the hotel is located on a big street centrally. Room is small, but well furnished

Only stayed for a night but it was a great choice. Room was a good size for one person, nice bathroom, warm and no noise issues. Good location and nice breakfast, train station near. Staff were also friendly and I could store my luggage there before check in and after check out which allowed me to explore the city.

Honestly, everything was great. Breakfast was basically the same every day, but there were warm options—which I loved, especially since it was winter. The staff was very friendly. Plus, the location is super convenient with the tunnelbana (metro), pharmacies, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants nearby.

The room was extremely small with no window. It was very clean and bed very comfy. The room was too hot even with air conditioning turned right down. The breakfast was very good. Overall it was ok for 1 night. Handy for tube and central station

Everything went well. Great staff and breakfast.

The hotel was fine for the time i was there. Clean, safe, breakfast. And MOST importantly. Teamaking facilities. My booking of a hotel depends on that simple amenitiy. The staff were helpful when i needed help. What more can you ask for!
