Service is terrible, they dont like to provide extra towels. Hotel is very dirty.

They need to upgrade bathrooms . And surprise there is no elevator and we had to climb stairs

I’m doing this because the app won’t let me scape this option. The hotel ask for IDs so keep that in mind. If you are lucky, whenever you arrive they will have a lower price at reception.

This is an hourly hotel if you know what I mean but it's very affordable and a short walk to the main boulevard. Staff is constantly cleaning and super friendly.

Staff was helpful. The rooms have no air conditioning or fans, some have no windows. Do it can get stuffy and hot in the warmer months. It is affordable to stay here and area is convenient to access various forms of transportation.

Property is located in an excellent area but the stuff are not very nice. A bit an aggressive and the toilet was dirty and mattress extremely hard . I had to leave 2 days before my check out .

The place was small and built well but dingy. I wish it was a nicer place for the price.

It is quiet place , accesible transportation,good place to rest , and easy way to go around the city. Was a lot off mosquito we spend five nights, so that was uncomfortable, weather was cool that was good because we don’t need Air conditioning. Overall I am so happy to visit aMexico. Thanks.

In a poor area nosiest during night time and early morning. Everything was outdated no amenities.

Excelente alojamiento, necesitaba estar cerca de Reforma para un trámite temprano y no llegaba viniendo desde Querétaro. Reservé este hotel por el precio, pero me llevé una agradable sorpresa con las instalaciones, la limpieza y la ubicación, más de lo que esperaba Lo recomiendo ampliamente y volvería a utilizarlo en el futuro

Very good service, they made sure at night that nothing happens to you when they call for a cab for you they make sure you wait inside and the driver when he gets there to pick you up they came in, they make sure you get there every night

El hotel esta bien por el precio, pero por lo que pagas no esperes mucho, tiene pinta que era motel, o igual lo sigue siendo.

Mal lugar para quedarse no había luz en la habitación a pesar que dice no fumar el lugar tiene olor a cigarro
