Lovely duplex and everything is so clean and cozy. Love the stay would come back

Room is very clean, comfortable & nice view.

The room was nice and cozy. We really enjoyed it, and the facility was good. MOKA is highly recommended. Only the parking is rather confusing; we have to ask the security guards.

Aircon not cool, bathroom no place to put towel and clothes. Follow up service very bad. Mattress uncomfortable.

1. Hiding charges (RM40 cleaning charges). 2. Unknown 200 initial deposit. 2. Bed bugs on the sofa 🤦‍♂️. 3. I was charged additional RM30 for checking out 1pm instead of 12pm (I had stomachache makes me checkout late). 4. Washing base tap is damaged and they leave un-repaired.
