The room was great. I called the support staff several times and they came right away each time. Since it wasn't my departure date yet, I asked them to extend my stay by two hours, until 2 PM. Even though I checked out close to 2 PM, they only charged me an extra 50,000 VND. The staff were incredibly enthusiastic. They helped carry our luggage, which was quite heavy since we flew in from an international flight, and they were still very helpful. Initially, I searched for hotels online but couldn't find one recommended on the app. I need recommendations for hotels like this one; I was pleasantly surprised by how clean, private, airy, and spacious the rooms were. Very good.

We stayed for two nights. The room wasn't too big but was fairly clean, though the soundproofing wasn't great. There were no razors or wet wipes (rooms I booked at a similar price had more amenities). The reception staff in the lobby were smoking, and the smell was strong; I was a little scared because I had a baby. My husband and I had trouble sleeping and needed two blankets. We asked to borrow extra blankets, but the whole hotel didn't have any spares, which was a bit strange.
