Super helpful staff

Hotel and staff were really nice. Misses a reception area to relax in and generally be a meeting point, and breakfast was only OK, and not worth 25 euros. Great stay though.

Elevator had issue We always waited a long time and when finally on It would take us to several floors before bringing us to floor desired

Friendly, helpful staff, clean room in good condition, comfortable bed. The breakfast was good with a good choice plus the fresh egg cook station. The hotel is in an excellent location, being close to the Duomo but away from the crowds.

The location was fantastic, in the central area with the major attractions all walking distance. The sauna and spa bath was a highlight we haven't seen in any rooms we have stayed previously on holiday. Staff were welcoming and informative.

This was a great hotel with very central location to the top attractions in Milano. The staff is the friendliest and super helpful with everything. Modern and clean room, very quiet and spacious too. Fantastic location only a short walk from the cathedral. Service was great with friendly and helpful staff.

This is a fun hotel located within easy walking distance of many of the best things to see in Milan. The Duomo, the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele and the Via Monte Napoleone are each about 5 minutes away. My bed was round, which was cool and different, and the room included a private jacuzzi. I slept well here and I appreciated the option of going to my room by climbing the stairs instead of taking the elevator, although a nice elevator is present. Breakfast was good, served in a room on the top floor with cool views of the city. I would stay here again and I recommend it to others.

Location is very good, room amenities are very good. , service is very good. The venue itself is less luxurious, no real lobby space and access with car is very limited due to external parking lot right at the hotel entrance.

Stayed in the superior double room for 3 nights with my partner and it was perfect. Really spacious, comfortable and modern. Great location walkable to the spectacular Duomo and also the cute trendy Brera for excellent dining and nightlife. Would highly recommend.
