Good over all

Convenient shuttle bus to airport and walking distance to metro. Great hotel breakfast and restaurant. Helpful hotel staff.

My experience was on 5/6/2026 I have no complaints about the facility itself. The hotel is excellent, very nicer and conveniently located near the airport. The property itself was great. However, the service was horrible. I made a reservation for this hotel but when I arrived they sent me to another hotel from the same company located about 15 miles away. I had to take a cab and pay for the transfer myself. They did not even offer transportation assistance. They claimed that I had booked the wrong hotel, which is not true. I booked the hotel through Orbitz and the reservation process was very clear. Again, the hotel itself was excellent, and I have nothing against the hotel company as a whole. This was mainly a customer service and communication issue. The effort to accommodate me was close to none. I hope this review helps future guests.

Great hotel enjoyed my stay

Staff was overall very good, restaurant was also very good. Pool closure was a bit of a disappointment.

Very convenient location: minutes away from the airport. Hotel provides shuttle for free. Good bedding, nice and clean bathroom. Bar/restaurant has a good selection of snacks and small dishes, as well as main dishes.

Clean and near airport

Very few parking spots, poor organization, ok breakfast, poor location, advertised as near the airport but not stated that it is NOT walkable, one must take the shuttle!

I traveled solo on this trip and enjoyed my stay very much. The airport is very close to the airport, but the rooms are incredibly quiet. The staff are absolutely amazing and switch between Spanish and English effortlessly. The breakfast menu was varied and enjoyable. The bed was comfortable, and the room was simple, but spacious and accommodating. My only complaint was that the guest in the room above mine had loud shoes that clip-clopped across the floor. This did keep me awake for a little while one night.

Perfect hotel with very nice breakfast

There was a Help desk at the airport that contacted the hotel for us to get the shuttle. I tried to contact the hotel about booking it but was unsuccessful. Getting the shuttle back to the airport was easily booked on site. There were problems with the heating that took a while to get sorted but it did. Our bathroom sink did not get any hot water but we did not get around to reporting it. The shower was good.

Close to the airport

Pretty good airport hotel. Got confused trying to walk there from the airport. It is possible

Hotel was nice inside and gym was good. Very close to airport. Soundproofing was not great. Price point was good.

Always a pleasure staying here. The staff are excellent, thoughtful, friendly, and very helpful. Perfect for families or anyone who needs a place that is a stone throw away from the airport.

Excellent staff, outstanding facility: spacious nicely done room & bathroom, great breakfast buffet and they offer a free (on request) airport shuttle.
