All foreigners should translate to English and read this too: The young female receptionist had a poor, even rude, attitude. Check-out was at 12 PM, but at 11 AM, the staff called to urge us to check out on time, asking if we wanted to check out early so they could clean the room. When we asked about water or anything else, the staff frowned and gave us rude, curt answers. Room service: The room wasn't cleaned, and we weren't given refills of water or towels. We only received two small bottles of water. The soundproofing wasn't good; children playing in the pool at lunchtime were shouting loudly, and you could hear everything inside. Breakfast: The breakfast counter had nothing special; the hot pho had slightly smelly meat, and my friend got a stomach ache after eating it. I booked a room with two beds, but upon arrival they gave me a single-bed room, saying all other rooms were booked, without any explanation. The experience was worse than even cheaper hotels.

The resort is incredibly beautiful and peaceful. The receptionists were also very helpful and enthusiastic during check-in and check-out. I will definitely return if I have the chance to visit Ninh Binh again ❤️

When issuing an invoice, VAT must be paid, while the price on the traveloka app already includes taxes and fees. When texting to ask traveloka, they push the customer to deal with the resort themselves. I give up on both traveloka and resort services.

Booked for my parents, both were very satisfied. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The food is delicious, with large portions. The hotel has free bicycles for guests to borrow.

The hotel location is only 500 m from the downtown which is so convenient, lot of local food, also it ' s close to the ecotourism area such as Trang An, Hang Mua cave, Tam Coc, …. Friendly staffs, nice swimming pool, and I had a pleasant stay here!
