The breakfast was amazing! The hotel was clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable. No complaints.

We got a very spacious and well maintained room, well stocked; everyday you got your bottles with Shampoo, conditioner, shower cap, body lotion and soaps ( a nice touch lost by others hotels) Breakfast was excellent with many options to choose including free tea. and coffee available every day. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, we used through walk downtown and found good restaurants and things to see.

The Staff was very accommodating to us and our 7 week old, the breakfast was great and the room was perfect. thank you. One Comment about the Parking is that there was an event at the Avenir Centre that meant that some event parking was held at the hotel which meant parking became limited.

Very clean and well maintained property! Pool area was great for the kids. Only minor downfall was the shower didn’t have great pressure. We would visit again !

My stay at Hyatt Place Moncton was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is beautiful, impeccably clean, and maintains a wonderful atmosphere. I was particularly impressed by the staff across all departments—they were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast selection was excellent, offering plenty of healthy and gluten-free options. Located right in the heart of downtown, it’s within walking distance of everything. If you are planning a visit to Moncton, I highly recommend staying here!

Great choices for the breakfast, clean rooms. Lobby has welcoming seating and lounging sofas. Beds were comfortable and sheets were soft. Only complaints are: the quality of the tissue and toilet paper - thin and not soft. Water pressure low and terrible picture image on TV due to low bandwidth.

I found the stay wonderful from start to finish. Check-in was fast and efficient, the property was modern, clean, and well laid out. The staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was lovely and the bar staff hard working. The King Suites were the perfect size. I wish I could have stayed longer!
