Easy checkin, modern and clean. Great breakfast and situated right in the centre of Newport.

The hoel was fine as you would expect, gym and food all good, clean, however the bar is vary small with inadequte seating and the foywe large and unused, something wrong there

Great view from a big window, clean and modern. Bed was amazing - really big with crisp fresh cotton sheets. Aircon worked perfectly in the 30 degree heat - couldn’t ask for more. Would definitely stay again.

Room was large and so was the bathroom.

A great hotel, perfectly located. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely use this hotel again. The only down side was no parking, but parking is available at Friar's Walk, a short way away, and at excellent rates!

Arrived late, staff at reception desk was lovely and helpful. Room was pristine, large and comfortable.

A lovely hotel with excellent air conditioning during a terrible heat wave. The location is good but the walk to the front door can be a little awkward. But I will happily stay there the next time I’m in Newport.

Friendly staff, Good service Nice clean & comfy room, Decent breakfast. Unfortunately drains were making a loud repetive slooshing, gurgling & noise throughout small hours.

What a treat to arrive and see you are the guest of the day and get a sneaky upgrade! Really lovely hotel and the staff went above and beyond.

Fine overnight stay

The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly

Clean room, friendly staff, pleasant bar, terrace and breakfast area. I prefer a cup/mug for my tea or coffee, and both days these were sparse, although takeaway cups were available.

Clean, spacious rooms, helpful staff, close to the station for easy access to trains to Cardiff.

Amazing hotel and staff very polite and helpful

Staff were super lovely and helpful, breakfast had good options in buffet style, room was perfect for our stay and had good aircon for the heatwave! Room clean, didn’t have enough towels initially but was sorted quickly!
