Staff were brilliant, can not wait to stay again in June.

Uber/taxi to city centre is reasonable and offers the ability to park on site rather than in the city centre at higher cost

Airy room, great bed and linens, huge shower. Very helpful, cheery staff. Loads of parking.

Rooms were very smart and modern, the only downside was the mood lighting, at night the room was very dark

No AC unfortunately as the room was way too warm even with the thermostat turned right down. Room was clean and compact.

Room was great although quite dusty in places. Staff are friendly however we encountered one staff member being unprofessional upon check out. Generally, we can’t complain for the price and convenience for a one night stay.

Lovely hotel and restaurant. staff are fab always helpful. great location for shoppers lots of bars and restaurants also. Love this hotel stayed lots of times.

Room was excellent, everything you needed, spacesious and very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Everything was excellent except the breakfast which was mediocre with appalling coffee. Very good pizza restaurant.
