Check-in time is 3 o'clock in the voucher, but it took 1.5 hours to process and queue for check-in with very poor service/friendliness of the staff.

Tried their king room with balcony. Toilet bit dirty. Room bit dusty. Just the bed is soft and comfy. The balcony itself too big than the room.

Wi-Fi fast. The rest so-so. Housekeeping quite slow, maybe too many rooms. But they don't come to your room daily. Need to ask for it every time.

This time the room was not very good and noisy with people coming and going.

Beautiful place but unfortunately not well maintained..the decorations in the swimming pool are not clean like the flower pots, chairs..when going there the elevator was broken so it was tiring to go up the stairs..

I actually chose this hotel because I was attracted to the swimming pool with its beautiful view. However, I didn't get the chance to experience the thrill of swimming in it due to various reasons from the hotel management, including a private New Year's event and fear of electrocution.
