The room was tiny, not even 28 square meters, and to make matters worse, the air conditioning smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. It was incredibly unpleasant. The breakfast wasn't very varied. The only good thing was the free afternoon tea and the enthusiastic staff. But for nearly 1.5 million VND per night, it wasn't worth it.

This is my second time staying at Santa, and this year I stayed in a room with a city view, which was pretty good. The buffet food was delicious, and the reception staff were very helpful 🥰

It was a fantastic experience. Daisy and Tracy at the reception were very friendly and helped our family upgrade our room for free. The room was very clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The pool was clean and incredibly relaxing. Next time I come to Da Nang, I'll stay here longer.

Overall, the hotel ticks all the boxes, especially the nice staff (Ms. Sarah and Ms. Tracy at the reception). Definitely will stay here again when visiting Da Nang.
