I was in a car rental, dropped my family and returned the car. The lady at the front desk said the airport bus was ‘not always’ reliable, but it was for us.

Great place for a short stay before or after a trip from Heathrow. The facilities are modern and well kept with everything you need on site. The Bed was very comfortable and the room was large so you could get a good night's sleep. The bar and common area is large with lots of comfortable seating all over. The breakfast buffet was very good with a wide range of hot and cold options including fruit, pastries, cereals, cold meats and cheeses as well as the more regular hot breakfast items that you would expect too.

The lobby staff was great, so this review is not about them. We arrived at the Raddison RED hotel after a late flight. We were told that the bar area closed at 11:30pm for food. We got downstairs at 10:50pm, waited at the bar for over 10 minutes while the bar staff ignored me. They had just finished taking another food order, when I finally was able to get their attention, only for them to tell me that they were done taking food orders for the night. At this point it was 11:04pm. Very rude and unhelpful. We ended up ordering Uber Eats. Then, I went to take a shower and had to get out of my unfinished shower because the shower was not draining. We had to re-pack all of our stuff and change rooms before finally settling in for the night. Not a great experience here. This also makes me question the cleanliness of the room, and if the shower (or anything else) was even cleaned.

The room was decent. Clean but bed was really hard. Breakfast was plentiful, but quality was so so. Almost incredibly busy. So full that there was nowhere to sit. It felt like a hospital canteen

I really liked this hotel. My room was lovely and spacious with delicious coffee and comfy bed! I slept so well. The property was fun and funky with a great vibe. I’ll be back!

Comfortable rooms with good ameneities. Car park was nearly full at arrival & some of the guests arrived for the event had no spaces.

Helpful staff and great amenities. Room was spacious and worth the value. Parking is a bit crowded and payment station outside doesn't work.

Staff was ok, the room is amazing big and clean, but very noisy in the common area, people are sitting around the pub, then it become very dirty, I would say as they combin 2 hotel together this is the reason that had become less luxury, and car park could be very expensive too overall the room I rate 10/10

Airport shutte picks up from main doors. Breakfast had a huge worldwide choice. Very good
