I have stayed at seven Hotels on this road and this has been the best in every aspect real five star. Keep up the good work.

Very nice sized room, clean and comfortable wide bed. Responsive staff. Not much in terms of shop but a gas station close to hotel. There were restaurants in hotel. I did the Italian and it was good portion given the price. Trip to airport using available pick up service was prompt and easy. Would stay here again so convenient to the Terminals.

Awful. Checking in with a group of young people. They wouldn’t give room keys out until names had been added to the system (rather than adding names later). It took over an hour to sort that- with 2 staff members starting but then leaving and not passing it on. Then the rooms which had been booked (twin rooms so people had their own bed) was wrong with some rooms being double beds instead- this was rectified but claimed no twin rooms available, unsure how as they had been booked. And finally in the morning, people weren’t allowed into breakfast despite these being paid for and included in the original booking.

The rooms are excellent. The atmosphere in the restaurant is rather casual and stark.

Ac is a lie. Was saying 19c, but very obviously 25c...very hot, can't open windows. Otherwise it was fine.

Paying an extra £5 to use the pool is petty.

Good checkin staff, easy access to LHR T2 via a cheap bus

A little transactional, they don’t take a credit card for incidentals and every transaction is done on the spot. Other than that, a very practical operation, used the gym, paid for a swim, dessert and breakfast were all very good.

All good just a stopover to catch plane next day, like most I expect.

We had a comfortable stay at the Raddison Red. The food was excellent, we had the superfood salad. We will stay again.

Decor was black/ dark and lighting was so poor it was difficult to find things in my suitcases, purse, on top of the desk, countertop. I needed my torch to locate the light switches! Higher watt bulbs would have made all the difference. Restaurants were good although prices on high side. Staff were excellent;very helpful and friendly. The room was updated, well appointed, and spacious; shuttle to airport went smoothly. Overall a good one night stay but I’d be sure to bring a flashlight/ headlamp!

Great room, the health club is a real bonus. Despite checking in online on the day, i could not get the terminal to issue my room key (card) and even at the reception desk it took 5 minutes, which was not great.

Booked an extra night as we were arriving early morning and wanted to ensure the room was available. Despite emailing the hotel to let them know we would not e checking in until 6am, it still took some time to a) locate our booking and b) get us into a room.

Staff were very helpful & friendly

The systems were down on arrival so were asked to wait in the lobby area/drinks bar. I waited with my daughter for 30 minutes and went back to reception where they were serving people and checking people in. When we were finally checking in, a rude man interrupted the check in and the receptionist allowed him to interrupt and served him. Then when we finally get to our room, they gave us a double bed instead of a twin room. I told reception and was not offered another room. The bed was actually comfortable however would have preferred a twin room as I had booked. The breakfast was not worth the money. The staff were rude- I asked if there were any poached or fried eggs and she rudely said no and said only what there! Stormed off angrily. The sausages were disgusting. The coffee was cheap and tasted disgusting. There is a Starbucks vending machine outside the breakfast serving area which was expensive. You would expect the coffee to be decent for the price of the breakfast. I also saw a fly in the pile of yoghurt on the counter.
