The customer service was great right from the entrance and the property was well maintained. Rented kings room and it had modern touches. I only spent one night there so didn’t really notice any drawback, but the young lady at the reception was fantastic.

Clean comfortable room. Bed was super comfy. Staff excessively friendly and helpful

until i hear about my refund for the cancellation I have nothing else to say

They didn’t give us room types what we ordered. When we realized, they said other rooms were fully booked and blamed us of lack of communication. We like what we need instead of any compensation although they offered us free breakfast. That sucks.

Great service, great staff!

Excellent stay; welcoming, clean, quiet. I am disappointed however that after eating the buffet breakfast, my Mastercard was charge. I had spoken to two staff; one in the restaurant and one at the front desk who both confirmed the breakfast was complimentary. Needless to say, toast and eggs do not meet the expectations of the cost.

I liked having the Starbucks there. Could us more soap bars in the bathroon.

I liked that the tv was personalized and easy to use, lots of outlet accommodations - the tap water took a long to heat up if at all and the person above me had a dog I think that caused a lot of noise at 1am.

Well located, easy parking. Clean room.

Great staff, very clean (I am very picky) comfy bed however the a/c unit was VERY loud when it kicked in. We did mention it to the front desk upon departure and he said he would have maintenance look at right away. Other than that we would definitely sray again.

Lovely hotel. Easy outdoor free parking within view of security cameras. Upon checking we were offered chilled bottled water and warm cookies. They even had a jar of doggie biscuits at the check in desk. Comfortable beds and renovated bathroom with heated floors! ❤️ Nice Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries. We will be back!

Easy, free parking. Good restaurant, Charcoal Steak House across the street. Near the K-W airport. Pleasant staff. Delicious welcome cookies. Starbucks in lobby, accepts mobile orders and not too busy.

Hotel is pretty good and very busy. Only complaint would be the room temperature was hard to keep level - either hot or cold

The staff were very nice and helpful. The only complaint would be the mattress had two hollow or sunken spots that made it very uncomfortable to sleep on.

Everything was good but et needs a hot tub .

Stayed for one night during a work trip and was very happy with everything. The hotel is in a convenient location, free parking, gym and pool. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The hotel it self is clean and modern. Starbucks inside the hotel was a nice to quickly get a morning coffee to go. Would stay here again for sure
