Arrived late due to airport mix up. Was told I needed to pay double upon arrival or my stay would be cancelled, which was not mentioned at booking. Paid 650 cleaning fee and bathmat was muddy. Disappointing

Room complete with kitchen facilities, refrigerators, water heaters, iron and more, satisfactory ... just the name of the hotel appeared on Traveloka is not the same as the name in the building and the counter

Thank you for letting us stay in your unit, our stay was superb! The unit was clean, sanitary and complete amenities and toiletries, the owner is very accommodating she responded us all our inquiries and concern, at the day of our arrival she even personally welcome us at the lobby and help us carry our luggage directed us to the unit and have a great conversation with her. And It is really near to the airport, I highly recommend this place!
