The staff are very friendly starting from the two receptionists to the security guards... The room is clean and comfortable, will come back here again if I visit Ende... Thank you very much LCR🤗

The service is very good, the rooms are clean, if you go to Ende it is better to stay here, there is a shuttle service to the airport.

We arrived around 12 midnight, and the security guard and receptionist were friendly. The room and hotel ambiance were clean and comfortable. Next time we visit Ende, we'll definitely stay here again.

the view from the rooftop is very beautiful.. suitable for working or chatting.. the location is close to the airport, the hotel atmosphere is calm.. the staff is very friendly and very helpful.. the AC is cold, very good to beat the weather outside which is quite hot.. the food is delicious, varied and the portions are large when taking away.. you can borrow an iron.. only when entering the hotel it was a bit surprising, because you need to enter an alley for about 100 meters.. but there is a large parking area, enough to turn the car around.. overall it was very pleasant to stay at the LCR hotel..

When we first entered the room, there was a moldy smell and no window, which made it feel quite stuffy. After turning on the AC for a while, the air improved, but it would be much better if the rooms were aired out beforehand or had better ventilation. Adding windows or improving air circulation would really enhance the guest experience.

Clean hotel. Breakfast was cold and not great but overall a good experience. AC was great and rooms were clean. staff very nice.

very nice place to stay in Ende. have stayed here twice and always been welcomed, the staff are very helpful and friendly, can pick up and drop off at the airport (inform before the hour/day). hopefully the excellent service is maintained 👍🏻
