Not bad if it's just for a short break

The AC is noisy. The room lacks a chair to sit on and a small table.

The bedsheet still had a lot of stains, even chewing gum stains, the toilet was leaking, the water was stagnant, even when I checked in, the water had just entered the toilet, the bottom cupboard was broken, there was only one plug, the atmosphere was very comfortable, very quiet, the staff were also friendly, elevator access was an important point.

First time staying here. Hmm, there was a lost and found, but there weren't enough items. So, I didn't take them all. It's okay because the items I needed were the ones I needed, but since I was told from HK there were only other items, it wouldn't be a problem if I didn't take the others. By the way, a non-smoking room for smokers like me requires a bit of hassle, going out of the lobby to smoke.

Who are the contractors and architects? I want to blacklist them so they don't harm other building owners. The bathroom's cleanliness is substandard, with water stains everywhere. The bathroom door has no handle inside. The washbasin table is tilted. The lighting is a bit confusing; it's either very dark or very bright. The LED ceiling lights should have separate switches. The bed is hard for me. It lacks bounce.

The staff is friendly, and extending your stay is really easy.

Overall, it's very good and highly recommended. The hotel is located in a residential area, making it very safe. There's a coffee shop in front of the hotel. The room is quite spacious, but the lights can be a bit loose, causing them to occasionally turn on and off. There's an elevator so you don't have to carry your suitcases when checking in/out. Unfortunately, the room's cleanliness is lacking, especially the bathroom smells strongly of toilet. When you check in, it looks like the room hasn't been occupied for a long time. The blanket is itchy, but fortunately, there's ventilation so the smell can dissipate. Complaints about the flickering lights can only be read on WhatsApp. There is a housekeeping service but you have to request it. After calling housekeeping, it's a bit better, although the toilet smell is still there.

Please improve the cleanliness, sis. The first time I entered the room, the sheets were dirty and smelled of men's bodies. The bathroom and toilet were really dirty, as if they had never been cleaned. The windows in the room were also dirty. I wanted to complain and ask for a replacement, but I was too lazy to go through the hassle. As a result, I enjoyed my 2 nights stay. I didn't regret it, it was comfortable, but the cleanliness of the room was terrible.
