The staff were unfriendly at check-out, not notifying us of the check-out time upon check-in, knocking too loudly without permission, and a lack of welcoming smiles. Perhaps they could provide some coaching on welcoming guests in a friendly manner. Thank you.

The staff was completely unfriendly, the facilities went up to the third floor but there was no elevator, and the staff didn't offer or help with luggage, even though the guests were elderly. The air conditioning was dusty, the bathroom was dirty. Prices were high during high season, several times higher than usual, but the service wasn't commensurate with the price.

The mattress was sagging and the room was non-smoking, but the smell of cigarettes was still there. It turned out there was an ashtray on the table.
