Overall for the cleanliness of the room is ok, just a little addition for the sheets and blankets please speed up using a broom, because it has been 2x in the same room type and room 312, the sheets and blankets are still dirty or not clean and it has been 2x also in the same type and room the AC is not cold enough. And I am very grateful for the staff, very friendly, polite, responsive, both in person and by online, although sometimes low response, hehehe... Thanks for all.

Got a room on the third floor with a small running shower. The location is good, and food is easy to find. Stayed 6 nights, and bottled water was only available on the first day, and then never again. The first two nights, I couldn't sleep well because some young people were chatting until the early hours on the garden chairs and were very noisy, and no staff came to reprimand or remind me.
