Friendly, efficient and effective check-in. Great apartment with heaps of space. The bathroom had a shower with very strong pressure and heat — perhaps the best I have had. The hotel is on a plaza and has a bottle shop literally two shops away and lots of food and entertainment possibilities all around.

Room was nice, but way too warm and the building had switched on the heating water so there was no way to cool down the room other than the window. The street was very noisy until about 2 am, so not much sleep was earned

I loved my stay here. The staff were polite and cool. I love that they provide a complimentary bottle of water. Everything was clean. Absolutely no complaints; I’d be happy to stay here again.

Wonderful breakfast, good location, pizza take-out place a few doors away is fantastic, low-key, reception not always present, great shower, comfortable bedding, all good.

Great communication from the hotel when my flight was delayed & I couldn't arrive until after midnight. Keys & entry instructions were left & it was no hassle at all to enter & find our room. Cleanliness was excellent, if I had to try & ind a minor fault then there were a couple of small stains on the carpet where it was slightly worn, but that's being really picky! Breakfast as all the reviews have said was excellent. Will definitely stay again.

The property is clean and nice, my only down take is that breakfast starts at 8 am

This property was located in a central space and was clean and in good condition. The rooms were very hot and when we tried to use the air conditioning unit it only provided hot air. We spoke with reception and they told us that the air conditioning units for the building were all connected and that the cooling had now been turned off for winter (it was early Nov, but unseasonably warm). They could also not provide a fan and we were told to instead open a window. This would have been fine however there is a night club directly opposite the hotel which plays very loud music and people tend to congregate in the square at night. We stayed for two nights (Friday and Saturday) and were not able to sleep until after 3:30am both nights. It is worth noting that when the windows were closed the noise was muffled enough that you would be able to sleep- however it was then far too hot. A fan in the rooms or the ability to individually manage heating/cooling for each room would solve this issue.

It's nice, clean, well-run. The breakfast is good.

The hotel is situated in the beautiful and communicative part of Ruse. The staff is polite, the breakfast is good. The rooms are clean. Tween rooms are very small and the view from the window from my room was very ugly (a roof infront the window occupied the entire view -that forced me to avoid staying in the room during the day. At night was also uncomfortable because of very noisy and unpleasant for us music (chlga) from the restaurant to the hotel.

Newly renovated hotel in a very good location on the pedestrian street. Nice staff and a good and varied breakfast. Only negatives were that the room was a little small and the bed was too soft for me. Nevertheless, it was a pleasant stay.
