Staff didn’t really know what they were doing. They had emailed me all the forms to fill out and sign. They asked me to do it again once I arrived. Got up early to go to the gym on site. They charge an extra $45 to use the facilities there. No thanks

Beautiful location, very nice hotel and rooms. Friendly staff.

There is black mold in the bathroom. Landscape maintenance people left there vehicles running outside our balcony.

Staff member was not very welcoming and almost didn’t let me check in because it was my nick name on the reservation but my last name was the same. I had proof of reservation. It wasn’t handled in a professional way. It threw me off, last time I stayed there the staff was very friendly and had a great customer service. Everything else was great, love staying here.

Very roomy and awesome views - great staff!

There were no utensil and dishes. Just 2 wine glasses but no corkscrew. Two cups for coffee. Online listed robes but none available, when asked about it they said they no longer offer.

Nice spacious rooms, walk in shower and a seperate tub. We had a mountain & fairway/forest view room. All round comfortable, quiet stay.

Would have been nice to know the pool and gym cost $50 to use. A hot tub after a cool round of golf would have been fantastic. Rolling in at 8 and being asked to pay $50 to hot tub for an hour is a tough pill to swallow

Huge suite. Nice decor and comfortable bed. Great soaps and hair products.

Panoramic suite was nice and spacious with a comfy king size bed, good room temperature, two TVs, and a big bathtub alongside a shower. Limited cooking supplies. Secure underground parking for $10/night.

My husband and I were totally happy with all aspects of our stay. The suite was beautiful. Deep bath tub, nice shower, 2 washrooms, 2 tv’s, great kitchen with good quality coffee and real cream… and the bed was super comfy and king size. It was perfect. Oh…underground parking was able to accommodate a large truck at only $10/night.
