Both satisfactory. Decor in dark green and dark grey in the room rather gloomy.

Room we used were clean and spacious. View was there from window towards the lake Location is good, there was spar close by, lake was near for a quick walk Lift is unique and was not very useful , we got room on 3rd floor and had to take big luggage thru stairs after 2nd floor There is no TV in room which is not very ideal

Very clean, room is bigger than other hotels, nice breakfast. nice view of the river scene. Just no elevator for third and fourth floor.

Great location. The ferry stops across the street. The view is wonderful. Small town with walkable areas by the pier.

Beautiful location very nice, clean rooms with a view to the amazing fjord. Highly recommend, just keep in mind if you don’t have a car you must travel by shuttle, they have a specific timetable and are not cheap.

Very helpful and friendly staff! Beautiful views from the room with delicious breakfast and dinner. Located in a less busy area away from the tourist destination of Flam, but still close enough to easily travel and spend a few hours in Flam.

Great room with beautiful view of the fjord. We had supper at the hotel restaurant, was very good. Breakfast was also great. Lots of choice and made to order options also (we had eggs Benedict with smoked salmon).

The hotel staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Annie helped us check-in. We found Annie is not just a hotel receptionist, she is your local concierge and transportation guru wrapped with a friendly attitude! When you need to get anywhere, Annie show you the map and draw the key points, ensuring your time outside hotel is as smooth as possible. We enjoyed our stay!

Breakfast was healthy and sumptuous.
