It’s a lovely place and in the best location. The historic center has so many beautiful spots and the hotel’s location makes it easy to walk everywhere. The staff is incredibly kind and so helpful and attentive. We felt so welcomed and taken care of. I would return only because of the staff, but I feel that the room, the location and the charm of the actual building makes it a guarantee that I’ll choose it again. Thank you, Nana Team! Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. Best coffee in the country!

Staff is very welcoming, accommodating and pleasant. Food is delicious. Patio shelter needs maintenance so it doesn’t leak when it rains. We enjoyed our stay and felt we were visiting our grandparents home.

This has to be one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Such a beautiful place, very well clean and so organized. This hotel is close to many places, very walkable. The staff was just the nicest and sweetest ever. Anything you needed or if you are coming back from exploring they are there to greet you and check in on you. Though the hotel is fairly small is well maintained and the staff is pretty helpful and attentive, the location is so conveniente since it’s in the heart of Morelia’s historical centre, so much to see and enjoy the vibe around this part of town it’s amazing!!

Staff is courteous, friendly, helpful They offer a decent continental breakfast Room size suspicious with high ceilings I bought a block away from the plaza However, there is no parking And it could use a little bit of cleaning the walls crumble so there is like a chalk dirt residue on the ground There's also no swimming pool or anything else other than just rooms
