Liked the underground parking and in hotel spa

It is a very nice hotel but could use more lighting in the rooms. No streaming yet either. Ran into a double payment issue since my partner wanted to pay with his card but it defaulted to mine so they charged us both. Was frustrating to fix since customer service is often very busy. Good despite that and it’s the closest building to the convention centre.

The room was very clean. Stop was professional. Outdoor space was lovely and appreciate. The parking was included.

The room was great- spacious and the kitchenette had everything you needed. The pillows- as in many hotels- left much to be desired though. And although you could not hear sound from adjoining rooms: every sound could be heard from the hallway. Also the thermostat was dated despite the room being newly renovated and it was difficult to manage the room temp. Parking was amazingly convenient. The staff were friendly.

The property is located so close to the village that it is so easy to get around and to all of the activities. The parking is easy to get to. The rooms have kitchen inside so one can easy prepare meals. The only thing is the air conditioning turns on and off throughout the night which is very distracting to sleep and it is cold for people sleeping on the pull out sofa.

Pool & jacuzy Rooms newly decorated nice . Cleaning staff did a great job. We didn't like the fact that we had to clear the living room moving furniture around , to be able to open the sofa bed to sleep. This should be done by staff.

Two bedroom suite was spacious, modern and spotless.

The Mosiac is just wrapping up their renovations. It will look great when the main lobby area is completed. Our room was picture perfect, clean, roomy, nice balcony over looking the pool area with the mountains in the back ground. The resort staff went over and above to accommodate our every need. Blue mountain has lots to do for every age category. We were there for 3 nights and we were so happy with the resort that we booked another 7 nights in early August. Can't wait to return.

The staff was really kind and very helpful! And the room was totally new and clean. I loved to stay there!

Great Really enjoyed it

Stayed at Mosiac, and 1st floor is under major demo and renovations...Halls ways on 3rd floor coverage in drywall dust. Rooms are amazing with new construction. Pool was super clean.

We loved our 2 night stay at The Mosaic Suites at Blue Mountain. Our one bedroom suite was spacious and clean. We enjoyed spending time on the balcony. Staff was friendly and helpful. We also appreciated being close to so many amenities within yhe village. Cant wait to book again.

Great property, was my second time staying g there. Staff are wonderful. Room could of been cleaned a bit better and counters wiped down more.

We stayed at the Mosaic and had a wonderful experience. The staff at the hotel and throughout the resort restaurants were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The food across the resort was amazing! I highly recommend the Greek restaurant, the Italian restaurant, and Firehall Pizza Company. Every meal was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere around the resort was fantastic as well. Everyone was friendly, social, and made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a great time and would definitely recommend staying here. We look forward to visiting again! 😊

The rooms are comfortable and well appointed, well -considered for our families. During the time of our stay, it was being renovated, so the rooms were much improved. Was well planned for construction, nonetheless came with some dust and detours. Surely it will be beautiful this summer. The gym is a bit dated and small pool and hot tub are great. Parking underground is very convenient.

We were not aware that the hotel was in the middle of renovations. We also had someone working and scraping something right outside our door at 7:20 am . It might not be outrageously early to most. One of the main reasons we booked a room to "get away" on a Tuesday night was to relax and hopefully sleep in the next day. We also had a weird brown mark on our bedding. I was just expecting a little better experience for the price on a Tuesday in June.

This hotel is in a fantastic location. The hotel is under renovations so it was quite messy. The room was very nice. Beautifully appointed however, the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in at a hotel and the pillows were very thin and hard. My ears hurt from them. I feel like if they are going to spend all this money to renovate they should allocate some of that money to make it more comfortable. I wouldn’t stay here again just because of the bed and the pillows.

Nice outdoor pool and newly renovated rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Free parking but the underground parking was full when we arrived.
