Tye room is tiny but efficient. We did not use the onsen, but it was offered free of charge. Perfect location near the art center and art square.

We had a wonderful stay! Staff was amazing. There were free drinks every day from 3pm tl 8 pm. Breakfast was great. Will definitely stay again!

We were only at the property for the night but they facilities were amazing, access to an onsen on site, complimentary drinks and pillow selection at the reception were fantastic. We were travelling with a 2yr old and we were able to fit in the one bed too. Staff were so accomodating and lovely to us with our limited Japanese.

Hotel was very clean and its atmosphere was pleasant. The staff’s friendliness made it a memorable stay.

The hotel staff was incredibly kind. I enjoyed breakfast and appreciated free parking.

青森でホテルが取れずに車で約1時間、ロフトのある3人部屋を利用したが良かった。 フロントの方も丁寧に対応してくれた。

典型的なビジネスホテル。寝泊りだけなら問題なし。

・入り口の自動ドアが手動になっていました ・共同風呂(温泉)を朝利用する際に朝食会場を通らないといけないのは不便に思いました ・部屋のトイレが少し狭かったです

温泉、朝食付きで3人で泊まってあの価格帯！大満足です！実家へ帰省したのですが、泊まるとなると何かとお互い気を使うので、色々気にせず過ごせて、とっても大満足です！

有免費泊車及温泉浸，隣近有多食肆及便利店均在5分鐘步程之内。自助餐早餐一般，而且要早點到較理想，因為部份食物可能需等候補貨才有得食

The day i check in (6 aug2023) the receptionist was very helpfull, contrarary checking out(7aug) the lady refuse to help me call or reserve taxi. Until I insist her to help me call. Breakfast closing tine too earlly.

温泉があるホテルということでここに決めたのですが、男女合わせて一つしか設置されていない為入換制で、到着時刻は男性の時間。その日は温泉に入ることができませんでした。 旅の疲れを癒そうとしたのですがショックでさらに疲れた気分でした。 枕も自由に借りることができるのですが、全て貸し出しされていて使うこともできずサービス的には不満だらけでした
