The hotel was in a really good location. The renovated building was impressive. The roof space was a let down compared to the high standards of the rest of the building. Staff were all really helpful. The pool, is more like a water feature, i didn't see anyone use it. However i was assured it does get used.

Loved the hotel and everyone was super kind, bed was so comfortable and everything smelled great!

While the area around the hotel was less than desirable the hotel itself was perfection. The food was outstanding.

Really nice and elegant hotel and room

We were unexpectedly upgraded to a suite with its own garden. The facilities and comfort were excellent. The hotel garden is beautiful and we enjoyed a lovely breakfast served beside the pool. This hotel is an oasis of calm, style and comfort, but most impressive were the staff. Nothing was too much trouble. They went out of their way to accommodate every need and were genuine and very friendly. They made our stay exceptional! Thank you.
