Once is enough. It's probably suitable for people in transit, or if other hotels are full, as a last resort. The bathroom is muddy, doesn't drain, and smells of urine. The room is okay, but the pillowcases are wrinkled and stained, as if they've never been changed. Please also train the night receptionists. The previous guest's trash hadn't been disposed of, and when opened, it smelled sour. The Wi-Fi was slow and frequently disconnected.

(+) Friendly staff, strategic location, fast check-in/out (-) Disappointed staying in a superior room for almost 400k. The bathroom was dirty, when I took a shower the water stagnated outside the room, no toothbrush was provided.

I'm actually a regular here, but there's one employee who I don't like because he's rude and uninformative.

The place is very nice, the hotel room is spacious, there is a sofa too so it is even more comfortable to stay here.
