I bought 22 packs of mocha souvenirs and when I got home, I checked and only found 20 (because they weren't taped). This is a time of hardship, and I'm using dishonest employees/cleaners. I suspect the lady who's the cleaning lady is embarrassed by this review.

The room was nice, clean, spacious, and comfortable... The only downside was the lack of toiletries, they weren't provided, so you had to bring your own. One towel was still in good condition, the other was see-through, and needed to be replaced... The hotel's atmosphere was comfortable, close to eateries and across from Eka Hospital.

First time staying here, the place is nice.. budget accommodation feels like a star hotel.. clean & comfortable room, cold AC, there is hot water but no shampoo soap (bring your own). easy access, strategic location near culinary places & minimarkets.

For almost 700 rupiah, it's not worth it. There are no toiletries (thankfully, I brought them), no tissues provided, an electric kettle but no glasses, and no tea, sugar, or coffee in general. So, it's like staying at a friend's boarding house without bringing anything, not like a hotel.

The room is very comfortable, clean, and quite large. 2 bottles of 600 ml mineral water and towels are provided. There is no soap or shampoo, but that's not a problem. There is no hot water for bathing. The accommodation is close to restaurants, hospitals, and minimarkets. There is an elevator and stairs to go upstairs. The sink in the room leaked, but since we only stayed for one day, it was not a problem. Overall, it is recommended for staying with family and is worth the price.

The service was pretty good. The lobby is also nice, looking like a luxury building. Unfortunately, towels and soap were not provided for bathing. There was also a power outage. This was my first time staying in a hotel and experiencing a power outage. Hopefully, the hotel will pay more attention to customer service in the future and improve it. Thank you.
