The hotel has a great location and the staff are enthusiastic. The sour soup wasn't very good. When guests arrive, the driver should hold a sign to greet them at the airport. Housekeeping should remember to refill the complimentary items. The rooftop bar needs to be reorganized to be more fun; it's a bit boring.

The location offers convenient access to transportation and sightseeing. The hotel could consider adding more entertainment options for children and a wider variety of food options.

You should stay here because it's clean. The food is delicious and fantastic.

Upon entering the lobby, you'll find a spacious, clean area with a pleasant scent, even in the elevator. It was quite crowded during a holiday, but the swimming pool was surprisingly large and not very busy, possibly due to the hot weather. The rooms were clean and well-equipped. The price might be higher than similar resorts elsewhere, possibly because the cost of living in Con Dao is relatively high. My biggest suggestion is to improve the quality and variety of the breakfast buffet. During a busy holiday, the buffet had very few choices, and the quality was only average.

But the air conditioner design in the Zen Suit room facing the sea that I stayed in was not good, the temperature did not spread evenly throughout the room. The desk area was very cool but the bed was hot.
