The Staff are very friendly, some of the nicest people you will meet. Always smiling. I really enjoyed my stay simply because of the staff. The place itself is very comfortable and you can walk freely. Their is a lack of amenities though, no gym or no pool. For the price, it is not worth it even though the service and room is wonderful.

The bedroom is clean, the water pressure is strong, the air conditioner is cool, very convenient because it is near Big C.

The room is very clean. However, the shower is broken. The water heater is broken. I would like to see it improved.

Room 201, the lotus pond hanger in the bathroom is broken. It broke before I checked in. If possible, please go and change it. It's difficult to take a shower. Haha.

The room is very good, comfortable, but not very soundproof.
