Overall, the hotel is comfortable, as it's close to Malioboro and easily accessible. The downsides are the cramped rooms and the poorly maintained bathroom, which spills out, leaving the floor flooded and muddy. Improvements to the toilets are recommended to make your stay even more comfortable.

The hotel is in a good location near the station and Malioboro, it's easy to get around, but the sheets and towels are really dirty, they should be replaced, because I see the hotel is always at full capacity (so the facilities should be updated).

Walking distance to Malioboro and other main attractions. The room was spacious and had the basic amenities needed. My package also included breakfast and I found the breakfast good with a decent variety of options.
