Traditional Japanese hotel. Good location and friendly staff. No shower but we expected that. Close to central food and shopping.

5 th floor onsen with full benefits of Arima onsen and clean and comfortable room with fast WiFi and easy parking. Convenient location to nearby restaurants and shops. Good stay

fast wifi, comfortable room, clean, both gold and silver hot springs, easy access parking, well located with walking distance to shops and restaurants, only downside is smelling smoke on the hallway of the fourth floor. The room is fine. Overall a very satisfactory stay

The spa bath and beautification amenities were spot on and much appreciated after a long day of shopping and sightseeing!!!

施設は古く、携帯を充電するポイントが洗面所にしかありませんでしたが、温泉が目的の滞在でしたので、大満足でした。 大浴場にはサウナもついており、シャンプーや化粧水などのアメニティーも選べ、平日で比較的空いていたこともあり、貸し切りに近く、ゆっくり過ごせました。 このお値段でしたら、また利用したいと思います。

Very pleasant overnight stay. Very uphill walk from the train station. There is not shower in the Japanese style room so you should use the onsen in the hotel. Onsen and sauna were nice and clean.

good hot spring bath facility. a minor problem with no transportation from bus stop when we were there.

駐車場は無料で時間制限なくありがたいです。

古さはありますが、掃除はきちんとされていて良かった。

チェックイン時、フロントスタッフが不在でかなり待たされたのが、不満な点です。 温泉はとても良かったです。

風呂のシャワーの水流が少し弱いかった以外は特に問題なく宿泊出来ました。レストランがまだオープンしてなかったのでオープンしたらさらに良いと思います

施設も古いので、しょうがないとは思いますが、全体的にもう少し頑張ってもらいたい

古いので設備全般、特に水栓が使いづらかった。休めだしペットも可なので有馬温泉に来たらまた泊まりたい。

家族で過ごすのにとてもよかったです。 温泉街までは少し距離がありましたが、送迎サービスが20:00まであり、利用しやすかったです。

連休の中日に慌ててとったホテルで正直期待はしていませんでした。 しかし遅いチェックインにも丁寧に対応していただき施設自体は古いものの大浴場に濡れ物を入れられるビニール袋が準備してあったり、部屋にも小さいタオルとバスタオル用のタオル掛けが別にあったり部屋に扇風機が準備されていたり結構痒い所に手が届く感じでとても良かったです。 布団敷きはセルフでしたがかえってのんびりくつろげました。 温泉にのんびりつかってゆっくり休むなら十分満足できるホテルです。
