I've stayed at Ceylonz three times. The downsides this time were: 1. No hairdryer. 2. The bathroom mat was dirty from the start and smelled bad (ammonia). 3. The springs on the bed were broken. The rest was fine. Hopefully, these shortcomings can be fixed. I was in room 1607.

The room is spacious and clean, next time I go to KL I want to stay here again.

The room is nice and the facilities are good.

The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with easy access. It's just a shame that some of the floor mats in the most expensive rooms are chipped, slightly diminishing their aesthetic appeal. But so far so good, I'll probably stay here again if I get the chance.

I booked the Royal Signature Studio for 3 days and 2 nights. Here are the photos you can see of the room I got. The condition was very poor: the floor was torn, I found 3 cockroaches during my stay, the wallpaper was peeling, and there were stains on the sofa and bed. I think this was a bad experience, and I could have found better accommodations for a similar price. You can see by yourself from the photos I've shared. Additional info: Tax 20 RM. Price for early check-in 50 RM. Positive: -Paid luggage storage service -Garden on certain floors with beautiful views -Small convenience store for shopping -Close to bus stops and other tourist attractions. You need to repair and clean your room with a professional cleaning service before renting it out.

Stay for 3 people, big room with an awesome view of Merdeka Tower.

It's perfect for a family vacation

The view of the swimming pool is really nice 🤩

The room is super spacious and comfortable, with a kitchenette including a stove. The infinity pool has a stunning view, especially at night. The only downside is that it's far from the MRT station.

The check-in process was not difficult, I was asked for 30RM tourist tax, even though I stayed 2 nights here, it should be 20RM.

Friendly staff, comfortable hotel atmosphere, clean rooms are quite large, there is one thing about the soundproofing which is not good and noisy, swimming pool facilities have a good view, there is a complete gym ok

A wonderful experience Choose this place if you're in Kuala Lumpur

This is not hotel, but service apartment, check in time 3 pm, before check in time when we leaving the suitcase additional charge of 5 RM each. We need to clean the room by ourself. The location near go to KLCC or pavilion mall only walk 15-20 mins.

It is highly recommended to stay here if you are in KL, it is close to tourist attractions in KL. It is better to stock up on food, there are facilities such as a refrigerator, stove, and iron. Thanks, Ceylonz Suites staff
