The bathroom handle in room 108 was broken and it was locked from the inside and difficult to open.

The cleanliness needs to be improved further, they say there is wifi but there is never a signal, the bathroom needs repair, the door slot is broken, it is time to replace the shower even though the hot water is flowing smoothly.

The Super Deluxe room is nice, still looks new, and the bedroom is very comfortable. Cons: lots of mosquitoes, suboptimal water heater, and unreachable Wi-Fi.

Very comfortable, I always stay at Barada Room when I visit Tangerang.

When I arrived, the staff were relaxing on the terrace area, not standing by at the reception area. The service was good but there were not enough smiles and the information was conveyed in a flat tone. For a standard room, the price is appropriate and comparable.

With that price, it's okay. For me, it's fun and comfortable, only one thing is that the towels are not ready, you have to ask for them first.

The right choice for transit if you go to Soetta Airport, Access to the Airport is 15 minutes via the north / south parameters. The surrounding environment has many choices of places to eat. The room is quite clean, hot water & AC work well. TV can access Youtube. Food delivery is also available in the room.
