The hair dryer was defective and the there was not enough water pressure in the shower.

I had a horrible sleep due to the cheap mattress which I was completely shocked about how it sinked in and I’m not a heavy person so I can imagine what your heavier person can feel. I had originally booked a room that it had a stand up shower but I was moved to a different room it came with a tub instead? Now for some people it can be ok but I have bad knees and it was very inconvenient. I was expecting to be told if I was ok with that.

clean room, air conditioning was great. the only issue i had was the lights above the couch. they should have a light switch for those ones because they are hard to reach to turn off. other than that, no complaints at all!

Honestly, I’ve stayed at A LOT of hotels but this was my first time with one of my children. We are travelling from another province. The staff is amazing and friendly. Kyna always has a smile and is quick to help during the mornings with friendly service. Sally went above and beyond to make sure my daughter had a great experience during the afternoons/evenings. I am SO appreciative of the warm welcomes and smiles. The service was so great that I decided to stay an extra night. Will definitely be back in the future as I travel a lot for work. Thank you everyone!! =)

Rooms are very nice. Walk-in shower is always a good choice however water pressure was weak. Rooms are very clean. Air is good. Nice T.V. The girl at the front desk was wonderful and better than most. The only weak link is the breakfast. The hash browns were undercooked. The eggs sand sausage were barely warm. I would still go back again. Maybe bring my breakfast back to room next time and heat it up in the microwave.

Was nice stay. I have one complaint; called week before to request side by side rooms. Reached out to reservation desk who confirmed the request. Got to property, front desk who did not honour the request

The staff at this hotel went up and above for our kids during our stay! Everyone raved at how great of an experience it was compared to other hotels we have stayed at as a hockey team. The staff even gave our son a sweet little treat when he lost his tooth during our stay.

There was no food at the breakfast bar as they could not keep up with the number of guests to feed in the mornings. The pool water was cloudy and the deck was full of hair and even toilet paper bits were found on the pool deck. I found a band aid floating in the pool water as well. The hot tub water was dirty as well. The good thing to report was the gym- it had enough free weights and the cardio machines were working. However, there was no water in the water cooler to use as it was empty. No towels either in the pool or the gym…. Our room was clean though which was a pleasant surprise.

Typical breakfast buffet. Wouldn’t take much to be better. Room was overall clean and as described. Squeaky floors. No water bottles in room. No kettle either. I didn’t hit the pool and water slide but it looks good. Gym was average. Overall a good stay.

Upon check-in, the front desk attendant did not provide a friendly greeting. She stared at my drivers license for quite a while and then stated, “your license is expired”. I informed her that I didn’t realize and it was only a couple weeks expired, to which she didn’t respond. I had reserved two rooms and asked if they could be beside each other. She informed me that this wasn’t possible because “the hotel isn’t built that way”. Overall, not a warm and friendly check-in experience. We also ran into an issue with the elevator not working on two occasions during our stay.

Helpful staff, comfortable bed. Kids loved the pool and slide!

Room was nice. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. This was my first time experiencing snow and it was a lot of it, but the lobby was always warm and cozy. The hot tub and heated pool was a plus.
