My colleague used an automated locker terminal located at the hotel LSA Campos by Numa for storing the suitcase when he had to change the room due to new reservation.
Instead of the standard 6-digit numerical PIN, the machine issued an invalid alphabetical code both times, making it impossible to open the locker.
He was charged €10 twice (total €20) due to that error.
I have already contacted the hotel and they said that another company is the sole operator of these lockers.
Refund of €20 was not processed.
