The room was excellent, the manager & staff were excellent and I was given incentives to eat and drink at the hotel for my stay with a free drink and 10% off food, which I did. The room and bathroom were beautiful and modern and the bed was very comfortable and nice pillows.....but......I would've given 5 out 5 for everything if the bin in the bathroom had been emptied and cleaned, it had used sanitary pads from I presume the previous guest. (Insert vomit emoji here)

The room was clean the staff friendly and very helpful. The restaurant and bar staff were great, helps to be able to have your meal delivered to your room. Great for a stay in that area, recommend to other travellers.

Check in was a great,very friendly and welcoming. Room was excellent, clean and amenities. Felt very secure and separate from the main bar downstairs. Very generous with discounts on food and drink vouchers. Exceeded our expectations at this price point.

Closed for Good Friday so had to follow a bunch of instructions to access building/room. Would have been ok except received multiple emails and texts with drip fed info - could have been done with one proper email. Room was ok although clearly not vacuumed. Questioned cleanliness of everything else after that but seemed clean enough.

My only comment is the iron and kettle could be updated other than that I was very happy

The staff were absolutely fantastic - friendly, helpful & genuinely welcoming which made our stay enjoyable. The room was a lot bigger than we expected which was great! Only small things to note were that the ceiling light shades were a bit dusty and some minor mould build up in the top room ceiling which may need to be looked into. These didn’t take away from an otherwise positive experience. Thanks again for having us!

Handy to the highway. Was quiet and clean. Perfect for our very short stay.

I stayed at other Nightcap hotel before, it was great so I chose the same group. But it was quite disappointed in this one. Room was huge and you can get free vouchers for drinks which was nice, but the shower room was not clean properly, some sand on the floor and hairpins as well.
