Wink Hotel Saigon is a standout choice for those seeking the reliability of a global brand without the typical price tag. I am happy that I found a completely step-free hotel entrance in Ho Chi Minh City, which is a rare find. The dedicated driveway made drop-offs stress-free despite the local traffic. The lobby has a fantastic vibrant energy that makes it a great spot to catch up on work or just hang out. I also enjoyed the extensive variety of breakfast options which is included as part of the hotel reservation. While the "brand-new" vibe is a plus, I found the rooms and bathrooms to be quite compact. The soundproofing isn't perfect, so I’d suggest bringing earplugs if you’re sensitive to noise. That said, the location is a great balance, it’s tucked away in a relatively quiet pocket with several lovely cafes and restaurants just a short walk away. If you prioritize consistency, safety, and a social atmosphere over room size, this is a fantastic high-value stay.

The room was a tad too small to my liking but the services/amenities provided by the staffs were excellent. As a suggestion. Perhaps you may consider to provide the basics 3-in-1 sachets for the room. This I believe can showcase/ promote the Vietnamese specialty, which is coffee,

Check-in was quick, and the staff were efficient. However, the room was quite small and poorly soundproofed. I could even hear conversations from the next room.

The breakfast is delicious... That is recommended.

I honestly refer the hotel for the convenience, especially the 24hours stay, don’t care about checkin time, you stay enough 24hours. The room was clean, there was no YouTube on the TV though

The room and bathroom are clean, however, my guests responded that the mattress is quite soft, making it difficult to sleep, and the surrounding area seems to have poor soundproofing, making it quite noisy outside. The room's location in District 1 is quite central, convenient for commuting to the office. Unfortunately, the room is noisy at night, I don't know what the problem is, but guests have trouble sleeping. I hope the hotel can improve the soundproofing from the outside.

Friendly staff, convenient location. However, the price of nearly 3 million for a 20m2 room is expensive, the room is very small, there is no kettle, the breakfast buffet is poor, only porridge and pho.

The room is conveniently designed, pretty and clean, the sheets and towels are new and clean. The staff are lovely and friendly. When I checked out, I ordered food, after waiting 15 minutes without food and the car came to pick me up, Wink canceled the order and refunded me. Will come back to Wink when I have the chance.

The hotel is quite practical, comfortable, and has a good design concept. Interesting how the bathroom door is also the shower booth door. While restaurants nearby the hotel are not as varied as other areas in District 1 or 3, it's a relatively short ride from the city center.

The room is a bit small but clean and comfortable. I live alone so I find it quite suitable and comfortable, the staff are also enthusiastic. I also really liked the fact that the hotel allowed early check in. Because I had an early morning flight, checking in early was very convenient for me. When I checked out at 4:00 am, the staff were also very enthusiastic in helping me book a car and move my things😊
