The room was clean, and housekeeping ensured daily maintenance. Bedding and towels seemed freshly laundered, aligning with the hotel’s hygiene protocol. Some reviews mention spotty Wi-Fi reception in certain rooms. The room featured air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, desk, wardrobe, fresh towels and linens, and a private bathroom with complimentary toiletries. Soundproofing was modest, so occasional street noise could be heard.

It's quite comfortable compared to other hotels at the same price.

The hotel staff is very friendly and very helpful during check in and also during check out, for the room itself from my personal opinion is very good in cleanliness and tidiness, the AC is also cold, for the budget it fits in the wallet for a hotel like that. And also the location of the hotel is close to access to Pantai Panjang and other shopping centers. Also the hotel is easy to find on Google maps when we just arrived in Bengkulu city. Good hotel for transit. At first they gave us a room in the basement but it smell very humid so we ask for change. The other room was OK. You have places nearby to eat and Indomaret. In general not bad.

Just been told that the budget room is below and below there is no internet signal, actually it's okay if the wifi works. But the wifi didn't work one night, making me have to move rooms (extra charge). I thought the hot water wouldn't work but it turned out that the color of the faucet was the wrong one (blue = hot). The room has lots of insects, some kind of mosquito, my food is covered in it, and so on. But overall the mattresses are clean, the service is friendly and the prices are very affordable, overall good but not good enough. Definitely will not come again.
