The staff is very friendly. The room is clean. It's close to the BTS station so it's convenient to travel, although the towels are old. There's a gym and a swimming pool. Overall ok :)

Room a bit worn out especially in the bathroom. Sliding door to the window cannot be locked, and the room quite noisy from the vehicle passed by (my room at 4th floor). Wifi not stable, most of time not working. Other than that all is fine, staff are friendly.

Book as a double bed but When it came to the actual rest day, there was no double bed and the school informed that there was no way to contact us. and via Traveloka There was nothing to do with it. stay this round a bit disappointed But other things, the school takes good care of it, no problems whatsoever.

Very nice hotel with affordable price and near to bangkok shopping mall district, just 5 mins walk to ploen chit station and from 7 am to 5 pm they profide free shuttle every 30 mins. Massage parlour is very near in case you need a bit relaxation as you will walk a lot in bangkok. The only downside is it not soundproof, so when the room beside you is quite noisy you can hear it. And also they give me a room near hotel laundry room so it is constantly have washing machine sound in my room.

I have stayed here many times and have never been disappointed with this hotel. The bedroom is fragrant, clean and very new. The four pillows are soft and make you sleep very comfortably. The TV is huge and you can watch Netflix until you don't want to go anywhere. The breakfast is very delicious and has a lot of variety. All the staff are well-mannered and polite. I highly recommend this UHG branch. I give it 10/10. I will go back to stay again.
