Room 677 was very disappointing. The sound insulation is extremely poor, and noise from outside the building can be heard very clearly. Every morning around 5, 6, and 7 a.m., there was a loud and disturbing noise coming from outside, making it difficult to sleep and rest properly. For a hotel room, I expected a much quieter environment. I hope the management can address the noise issue and improve the soundproofing for future guests.

For hotel staff, the receptionists could use more smiles, especially the female ones. The male staff are already friendlier. The male staff member at the restaurant on Monday morning communicated effectively and was friendly when interacting with customers, regardless of whether they were children or adults. I forgot to read his name, but I need to reward the gentleman, who gave me a small spoon to feed my child. Good luck and success to you, sir.
