In my opinion, this is the best hotel in Bau Bau. The staff is friendly, and it's clean and tidy. The rooms are quite spacious, with amenities like a refrigerator, desk, and coffee/tea making facilities. The bathrooms are also spacious and have a full range of amenities.

Staff were very friendly and responsive. Comfortable beds and air-conditioned rooms. Breakfast inclusion had a good variety. We had already stayed there a few nights and decided to extend our stay.

Nice hotel, strategic location, helpful

The hotel is very clean, the staff and employees are very friendly, Masya Allah, it's really great to be able to have sahur here, the food is really delicious, plus the view is great, and this is the first time I've stayed at a hotel and asked for an iron and they gave it to me, in previous hotels I always said there was no iron. Anyway, the service is really great, I stayed here for 2 days, In shaa Allah, if I go to Bau-Bau again, I will stay here again, my friend said it's the best hotel in Bau-Bau 🫶🏻🥰🥳

A good hotel for transit or short stays, comfortable and the breakfast is also quite good, but all the equipment in the room needs to be checked so that it functions optimally.

Second time here. Never disappointed! The room is small but comfortable and modern. The water heater seemed to be having problems from the first visit to the second (even though it's been a year). It took a long time for the hot water to work. Otherwise, I was very satisfied. Oh, and the piano in the lobby was a bonus.

the hotel is okay. not bad. close to lippo plaza. the hotel also has a swimming pool although not too big. food is enough. not really good. the room is okay but the hot water is a little lacking. hopefully it can be improved in the future.

The color of the hotel room is nice, bright. Modern furniture design, clean, neat, spacious room type Junior, the location of the walking closet is a bit hidden I like. I stayed for 5 nights but it was very comfortable but the last 2 nights there was the sound of sliding furniture from outside/other rooms. In front of the hotel there is Padang rice and a rice stall, not bad if you want to have lunch or dinner.

Overall okay, the room and bathroom are spacious, the interior is comfortable and supports a warm impression. However, there are some things that need to be improved, from the receptionist both check in and check out feel less friendly, although not rude either. Then the housekeeping, the floor mat towels were not replaced, only body towels were taken but not replaced with new ones, so I had to contact first to ask. The wifi is also not very stable. There is a Smart TV but there are no channels at all, so if you want to watch either YouTube or other streaming apps. That's all, thank you
