We do not happy with that place . They do not have minibar and tv doesn’t work . We actually check in but we didn’t stay there . And we asking Expedia to refund and we didn’t get any responding. We do not happy with that .

The staff is what made the property great. They were helpful and courteous.

Very relax hotel for staying. The only thing need to pay attention to is the room type of the river front. The sound from the motor of the fishing boats nearby and crowing of rooster at 3-4 o'clock in the middle of the night is very noisy, which seriously affects sleep.

This is my second time staying at Phka Kravan. Very clean, hygienic and spacious room and a great location by the river. I had a wonderful experience staying here. Staff from check in to housekeeping have always been amazing.
