It was a fun place. But my mood immediately changed when I was accused of having an unsealed mineral water bottle, even though I brought my own. I didn't know who was at fault, so I just paid to save the hassle. Then the Wi-Fi was either down or there was no internet. My family and I only went there once.

Overall it was great, the only suggestion is that the jacuzzi be cleaned again before guests check in, because there is a lot of dirt, animals, and leaves.

Although I was hesitant at first because I wanted to get out of town, but because of timing and my friends not being able to go out, I finally decided to go to Tibra villa, which is very close to home hahaha, but because we were looking for an atmosphere for bonding, this was the right choice with an atmosphere and facilities that really amaze me at an affordable price 😍. Unfortunately, we arrived late, but overall, the place was comfortable and cozy. We really felt the family bonding. It's perfect for family gatherings. The food was also quite delicious, especially the sate maranggi, although there was an incident where we received the wrong order. It's okay, as long as the service was polite and satisfying.

This villa is quite comfortable for families looking for a staycation in a calm and cool atmosphere. The villa staff are friendly and helpful. The villa's shady atmosphere is full of trees. The restaurant menu is varied, and the price is quite reasonable for the size of the villa. Activities for children are diverse, ranging from swimming pools, playgrounds such as children's slides, swings, and others, so children will not be short of activities during their stay. The room size and bed are sufficient for a family with one child, if more than that, it is better to add an extra bed for 250k/bed or bring your own folding mattress to sleep upstairs. The upstairs also has air conditioning. The bathroom size is quite small, probably to maintain the space of the downstairs room. And one thing that the villa must note is the availability of water in the bathroom. In my experience in the morning the water was turned off ⛔, aka not coming out. You have to diligently check with the villa team to inform them if the water is off 🥲. Otherwise, it's okay..

The atmosphere is very pleasant, and the view is also very beautiful. But it's a shame, the footcloths look like they've never been changed, they're dusty 🤦. The upstairs room also smells a bit because there's no air freshener. Please fix this.

Very very comfortable atmosphere

Nice villa, shady, cool atmosphere.

The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful, perfect for a couple like my husband and I who want a vacation alone. We stayed here for three days, eating, sleeping, watching movies, soaking in the jacuzzi, and relaxing on the balcony. We took room 803 with a private jacuzzi. The food was delicious and the staff were all friendly. However, that night there was a fuss from a squirrel on the ceiling of the room. I put my banana on the balcony table, and when I woke up, it had been eaten by a squirrel, hahaha.

I've stayed here twice and always loved it. It's a great place to heal with the family. What's also great is that you can bring pets (for an additional charge).

Fast and friendly service, and the place is clean. There's a swimming pool and a cafe with last orders until 10:00 PM. I'd suggest opening the restaurant earlier (at 8:00 AM) as breakfast isn't available for room reservations, and the jacuzzi needs some decoration to make it more aesthetically pleasing. I give everything 5 stars, but unfortunately for the price of more than 1 million for the strictness of the rules is really lacking, the chronology is at 10 pm already resting but there are guests with bad attitudes shouting even though they have been reprimanded it only gets worse!!! Next time please be stricter for those who disturb the comfort of guests... I was going to report 110 but I feel sorry for the villa manager.

A comfortable place for healing, not too far from Bandung. The villa smells really good because of the flowering trees, which attracts lots of bees and wasps.

A little story, I really like everything, the place, the staff, and so on. Initially, there was trouble almost didn't stay because there was a sudden activity, I wanted to reschedule but had trouble not being able to refund and reschedule, the villa was very quick to help, but in the end I stayed there without rescheduling, basically it was really comfortable, you just need to bring your own body, no need to bring toiletries, soap, shampoo, etc., everything was provided, there was also a refrigerator, even borrowing an iron was also given, I was happy. God willing, we will come back again next time. The place is really comfortable, the pool is highly recommended, plus staying on weekdays makes it more spacious.

Very cozy place, very suitable for healing

I never expected to find such a cozy, kid-friendly, and comfortable villa. I came here during the holidays, so it was pretty packed. Luckily, I got a promo on the app. I really liked the place.

The room is nice, spacious, and comfortable, only the water heater is not so good. Even though there is a jacuzzi, but after filling the jacuzzi you have to wait a long time for the hot water 😄, even though there are 4 of us in one room. Sundanese food is okay, but we can go food here. The swimming pool is small, the atmosphere is actually nice but it is not well maintained so the grass has grown high and is not tidied up. But the room is very comfortable, spacious and clean, there is a balcony where we can gather to play uno.
