The service was very poor. There was no staff at check-in and it was dark. I was only able to check in after being called by a local. I ended up turning on the hotel lights myself, and there was no staff there when I checked out either. Payment was collected five hours after I left the hotel due to a miscommunication. The surrounding views are beautiful, offering views of the sunrise and sunset, overlooking the seven mountains.

The views here are incredibly beautiful. To access this hotel, just follow the route as directed on Google Maps, as the incline is quite steep. Make sure your vehicle is in good condition... But the views are worth it. There's a children's pool, a greenhouse, a restaurant, and more.

Good and highly recommended.

Stayed at the Mountain View Glamping. At night and in the morning, at sunrise, I stayed in the restaurant area. The view there was stunning, especially at sunrise.

Nice view, very cold, good for cleaning the lungs.

(+): 1. Friendly staff, clean sheets (-): 1. Location next to a cemetery. 2. The crash-and-burn concept (a horse-drawn carriage, the Statue of Liberty, Iron Man, animal statues, ghost statues, aliens, mask statues, children's cartoon statues, and all of them are scary, making the night even more terrifying, especially when the fog descends). 3. The bamboo grove in front of the glamping site adds to the eerie atmosphere when it's blown by. 4. The shower doesn't work; only a small amount of hot water comes out, even though the toilet has a heater. 5. The decorations in front of the glamping site are dirty, the full trash can isn't emptied first, and the trash cans in the toilet and room aren't lined with plastic. 6. For around 400 rupiah (including tax), it's not worth it to get a free breakfast of fried rice and tea delivered to your room.

The hotel staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is calm, perfect for a staycation with the family.

The check in - check out process is very easy and friendly, complete with a swimming pool, play area, a little input for Dino Park, its condition is not well maintained

The view at the location is quite good, yesterday when I went there it was a bit quiet, if it was more crowded it might have been more fun. But because there were too many statues, the children were a bit scared, especially when it rained, the atmosphere became very quiet

I'd like to call it a tourist spot, but no one comes there to visit. I'd like to call it a guesthouse, but there are so many statues of an unknown concept. If you stay overnight, it's really scary to go out, seeing statues in every corner, plus trees of unknown origin. The room walls are also prone to collapsing because they're not made of brick. Try it yourself to see what it's like. I've seen previous reviews that said it's close to a cemetery, which is fine for me. Also, the many statues are fine, so I don't need to leave the room at night because it's safe. The room itself is also very uncomfortable because you can hear sounds from outside. The environment is also dirty, with lots of unswept leaves, dust, spider webs, and a dirty swimming pool. It's more like a haunted house, I guess.

The room is clean and comfortable. I'd recommend changing the outdoor lights to white so they're not too dark.

in terms of view and room comfort, overall good, many photo spots with mountain views. but access to the location is very extreme because it passes through steep inclines and descents. the atmosphere at night is horror, many scary statues.

From check in there was only security, at the beginning they said we were not on the list. Starting from the entrance to the back there were many statues that didn't make sense, the atmosphere was really creepy. The only thing that was okay was the mountain view.

Horror hotel at night because of the lack of lighting and very quiet, many statues that are aesthetic but scary at night. Lack of security staff and 24-hour restaurant staff, so finding food is not difficult. Receptionists, restaurant staff are not available at night. Overall a good and aesthetic hotel in the morning but becomes scary at night.

friendly hotel staff, fast response, good service, very suitable atmosphere with family, delicious food, hopefully can visit again on another occasion, suggestion: breakfast menu should be more varied because I bring parents and toddlers who need soup, if it is available at the hotel then there is no need to look outside
